Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of Tennessee, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Jurisdiction for any claims arising under these Terms of Use lies exclusively with the state and federal courts within Tennessee. If any provision of these Terms of Use is found invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of the Company to enforce any part of these Terms of Use shall not be deemed a waiver and shall not prevent later enforcement.
